Products first, agency second
Edgecom Web Solutions was founded in Nairobi in 2018. We started by building software for problems we saw in the Kenyan market, where off-the-shelf tools rarely fitted how local businesses work.
Those projects became products we still run: HostingKE for hosting and domains, Edgecom CRM for leads, quotes and invoices, School Manager for schools, QueueChat for customer chats on WhatsApp, EstateOps for estate agents' sales leads, and Microfin for lenders.
Running them every day taught us what reliable software takes: clean code, fast pages, regular backups and support that answers.
Today we bring the same approach to client work — websites, online stores, custom systems, hosting, SEO and support. We work remotely with businesses across Kenya, over calls, WhatsApp and email.
